• As part of your membership, you may be granted access to the X7 CRM platform.
• You are solely responsible for any data you upload, store, or send through the CRM.
• You may not use the CRM for spam, illegal marketing, or activities that violate any laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate CRM access for misuse or non-payment.

4. Virtual Assistant & Outsourced Services

• Tasks delegated to virtual assistants must be lawful and ethical.
• X7 Executive is not liable for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from delegated tasks, though we make every effort to ensure quality.
• Work scope is defined by your membership plan and available VA hours. Additional hours may require an upgrade or add-on purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, workflows, automations, graphics, and materials provided by X7 Executive are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary resources without written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

• X7 Executive is not responsible for business outcomes, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use of our Services.
